3. Promotion Period
The ATTA World Cup Giveaway begins on June 23, 2026, at 3:15 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT). The sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Employees of ATTA and their immediate family members are not eligible.

5. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

Method 1 — Purchase Entry (25 entries per order)
Purchase any eligible ATTA product at allthankstoallah.com during the Promotion Period. At checkout, enter your Instagram handle in the designated field. Each separate qualifying order receives 25 entries. There is no limit on the number of orders. Two separate orders = 50 entries, three orders = 75 entries, and so on. Instagram handle must be provided at checkout to receive purchase entries.

Method 2 — Free Social Entry (maximum 3 entries per person)
No purchase necessary. During the Promotion Period, on Instagram, complete the following actions to receive 1 entry:

  • Follow @attabrandd
  • Like the official giveaway post
  • Share the official giveaway post
  • Tag 3 friends in the comments of the official giveaway post

Additional entries may be earned by tagging 3 additional friends in a new comment. Maximum of 3 social entries per person regardless of number of comments. Follow, like, and share are required once and apply to all social entries.

6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value

Bonus Drawing 1 — July 17, 2026
One (1) winner will receive $50 store credit toward any ATTA purchase.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00

Bonus Drawing 2 — July 18, 2026
One (1) winner will receive $100 store credit toward any ATTA purchase.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00

Grand Prize Drawing — July 20, 2026
One (1) winner will receive $1,500 USD cash, delivered via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or similar digital payment method as mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500.00

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,650.00

Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable. The cash prize has no substitution except at the sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received:

  • Bonus Drawing 1 on July 17, 2026
  • Bonus Drawing 2 on July 18, 2026
  • Grand Prize Drawing on July 20, 2026

Each drawing will be conducted using a random selection tool. For each bonus drawing, only the single winning entry is removed from the pool. All remaining entries from that winner carry forward into subsequent drawings. A winner of a bonus prize remains eligible to win in future drawings. All decisions are final.

9. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced publicly on the @attabrandd Instagram story on the day of each drawing. Winners will then be contacted via Instagram direct message (DM). The winner must respond within 3 days (72 hours) of notification. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn under the same conditions. ATTA is not responsible for Instagram messages that go to a winner's message requests or spam folder. Winners are encouraged to follow @attabrandd to ensure DMs are received.

10. Tax Disclosure
All prizes are subject to applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The grand prize winner ($1,500 cash) will receive an IRS Form 1099 if required by law. All tax liability is solely the responsibility of the winner. ATTA is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from prize acceptance.

11. General Conditions

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or concerns regarding this promotion should be directed to ATTA, not Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this promotion.
  • ATTA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or violates these Official Rules.
  • ATTA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by ATTA in its sole discretion.
  • By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  • These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
