We want you to love your atta pieces. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns will not be accepted if the item:

Has been worn or used

Is not in its original condition or packaging

Lacks proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at contact@attabrand.co with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will send:

Important:
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@attabrand.co within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To qualify:

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
