All U.S. orders are typically delivered within one week after processing. For international orders, shipping times vary by country.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped, unless noted otherwise on the product page (e.g. limited drops or preorders). Delivery time after shipping may vary depending on your location.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email within one week, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $80 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders under $80 will include a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Shipping Provider
We ship all orders via UPS or FedEx, depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method available.
Please Note
– We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
– If an incorrect or invalid address is entered at checkout, we cannot retrieve the package.
– If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must email us to request a refund.
– Refunds in these cases apply to the item cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
